Metropolitan Council Climate Action Plan

This project reflects the type of work I now bring to clients through Eddyline. While serving at the Metropolitan Council, I co-led development of the agency’s first comprehensive Climate Action Work Plan, a roadmap to reduce emissions, strengthen resilience, and advance equity across the region.

The plan established goals for mitigation and adaptation and aligned them with priorities in energy, transportation, water, and infrastructure. It was grounded in technical analysis and broad engagement with staff and regional partners.

The work translated climate commitments into practical actions that local governments, utilities, and community organizations could implement together. It also demonstrated how large public agencies can integrate climate considerations into core programs and long-term planning.

Projects like this illustrate the strategic analysis, facilitation, and systems-focused approach that Eddyline now offers to public agencies, utilities, and mission driven organizations.
